Executive Assessment

Your Subpersonalities

A self-awareness tool for C-Level executives, directors and senior leaders: in about 10 minutes, find out which of eight inner voices, such as the Perfectionist, the Achiever or the Defender, drive your decisions, feed your insecurities and may sabotage career change and transitions. Receive an immediate activation map with strengths, costs and paths for development. Your result is private — nothing is sent or stored.

40 statements · 8 subpersonalities · 4 axes · immediate result · 100% private

Answer honestly — the result is yours alone

You will respond to 40 statements about how you think, feel and act toward yourself: self-criticism, fears, doubts about being enough, postponing, rest, asking for help and making decisions. For each one, indicate how much you agree, based on how you have been over recent months — not how you would like to be, nor how your position expects you to be.

The concept of subpersonalities is rooted in Psychosynthesis (Roberto Assagioli) and is also explored in Voice Dialogue and Internal Family Systems: we all develop inner “voices”, roles that formed to protect us and help us succeed. This assessment maps eight of them, organized along four polarity axes: Structure × Care, Rigor × Fluidity, Pace and Action × Reflection, and Protection × Peacemaking.

There are no right or wrong answers, and no better or worse subpersonalities: each one is a valuable resource and, in excess, carries a price. At the end, you will see which voices take command under pressure (dominant), which you access in a balanced way (integrated) and which remain underused (latent), and how each voice may help or hinder a career transition, including the beliefs and barriers (such as postponing, fearing rejection or doubting yourself) that tend to come with it. Answer quickly: your first response is usually the most accurate.
